Originally published as a series of blog posts on their short-lived Patreon in 2018, these writings explore how you can pay attention to the energetics of the creative process in order to become more intimate with your desires, your imagination, and your singular WHY for creating work.
Topics include moving through creative blocks, interrogating your subconscious stories of scarcity and not-enoughness, setting up regularly recurring containers of time for your creative practice, making peace with the slowness of the creative process, finding your own creative community, (re)discovering your spark of excitement in creating work, calling in self-love, and honoring your inherent need for stillness and rest.
Each section is accompanied by a journaling prompt and visualization to further anchor these ideas and concepts into your own personal creative practice.
